Welcome to Sun Dipped Airbrush Tanning. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through our approved booking system. A valid payment method may be required to reserve your appointment.

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Clients are responsible for following all pre-tan and post-tan instructions provided by Sun Dipped.

Failure to properly prepare the skin or follow aftercare recommendations may affect the quality, longevity, and appearance of your spray tan. Refunds are not provided for results impacted by failure to follow these instructions.

Every airbrush tan is customized to the individual. Results vary based on skin type, skin condition, medications, hormones, lifestyle, preparation, and aftercare.

Sun Dipped cannot guarantee an exact color, depth, or duration of any spray tan.

Clients are responsible for informing Sun Dipped of any allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, or medications that may affect the service.

If you have concerns regarding whether airbrush tanning is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider prior to your appointment.

Due to the nature of personal services, completed spray tanning services are non-refundable.

If you believe there is an application issue, please contact Sun Dipped within 24 hours of your appointment so we have an opportunity to evaluate the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Service packages are non-transferable unless approved by Sun Dipped and do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Sun Dipped is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to appointments.

All website content, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Sun Dipped Airbrush Tanning and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Dipped Airbrush Tanning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Personal information collected through our website or booking system is used solely for scheduling appointments, providing services, communicating with clients, and improving the customer experience. We do not sell your personal information. 

Sun Dipped Tanning LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Sun Dipped reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
